America announces that the Allied Summit has
commenced, but he notices China just walking
through the door. He tells China that he’s late, but China explains that
he didn't plan on being late, but the zui
xie[1]
he was making took longer than expected. Despite his tardiness, he doesn’t
regret his actions. England tells him that it doesn't matter anymore and to sit
down.
China tells him that he understands (in
Chinese) and then calls in his citizens, who noisily storm into the room, carrying things for
construction. Chinese conversation and construction are heard. England mutters
to himself about whether cooking crab is more important than the summit. China huffs and says that he
prioritizes eating above everything else. England sighs and then tells China to
give him one of the crabs, as the last of the crowd filters in (the last guy seems to be an actor, with a large dumpling
prop on his head).
Suddenly, a large Chinatown has sprung up in the room! A
gaudy gate is seen wedged between two buildings, and there are large crowds milling about. There
are costumed mascots wandering the streets, and a vendor tells England that it (the
crab) will cost 30 dollars for one. An irritated England tells China to not
build a city in the meeting room on a whim.
[Opening Credits]
Another Axis training session! Germany calls a
sound-off,
and Italy responds. Japan is missing this time because Germany is training the
entire Italian Army. He orders them to shut their traps and to put their
hands in their pockets. (Italians are known for gesturing wildly with their hands as they talk, so this is probably a
way of Germany telling them to truly shut up.) There is a sign above them
that says “Italian Army,” sloppily written in a mix of red and green colors.
The Italians comply, and Germany lectures
them on their strange battlefield habits. He turns his back to them and tells
them that they attack and retreat at odd times and that they should learn to
adapt better. While Germany lectures them with his back still turned, Italy notices
something approaching in the distance. The entire army screams and runs away in fear of the
English army as Germany passionately tells them to never give up, regardless how hopeless
the battle.
He continues to deliver his speech, unaware
that the Italians have fled, telling them to not just call out for mommy and to
take appropriate actions after closely studying the enemy’s movements. A dog
wanders into
the scene and barks, wagging its tail. Italy and two other Italian soldiers
wander back, having noticed the dog.[2] They
kneel down by the stray dog and pet it, distracted from Germany’s lecture.
[Scene Change]
It is now the middle of the Allied Summit, and everything has gone smoothly. Or at
least,
America would like to say it has gone smoothly, if not for the strange presence he feels in the room. There is
a brief shot of a small beige bear being held by someone. America asks
the others if they also feel something strange is going on. England agrees that something is off, as if someone else
is among
their group. The same shot of the bear and the person holding it is shown
again.
France points towards Russia and says that
it's probably General Frost or the ghost of Russia's previous emperor in the
room. Another shot of the bear is shown, as the camera cuts away more to reveal
more of the person holding it. Russia is confused as to what France means,
while China says with unease that he can feel something strange in the room and
that it's scaring him.
The sixth person in the room is revealed in the
next shot. It is a smiling young man with ash-blond hair and blue eyes. He is
wearing a beige uniform and has glasses. In fact, he looks very similar to
America, except for the fact he has a long curly hair jutting
out of his head. He is still holding the bear (a toy-like polar bear).

footnote: Xui Xie (drunken
crab): wine-soaked Shanghai crab in the Shaoxing style. Wiki note: Shaoxing wine can be drunk as a
beverage, but
it is also well known for it use in marinating meat dishes, in addition to
being an ingredient in many dishes of Chinese cuisine. Drunken crab is a common
dish.
[2]: Italy calls
it “waan-chan,” which is like calling a dog "woofy".
